Payment Information
- There is a $25 yearly membership fee for all new members.
- Payments are due at the first lesson of each month. At the time of registration, the first and second month tuition is due.
- Drafts are made on the first day of the month.
- Early Pay Discount: $6.00 per month discount if paid by the 7th of the month.
- For payments made after the 10th of the month, a $10 late fee is assessed.
- If space is available, a free trial class is offered for prospective new students who have never taken any classes with us. If a student does enroll after a trial class, the trial counts as the first class.
- All tumbling and group tumbling classes are required to be set up on automatic bank draw.
- Other gymnastics classes may also be set up on automatic bank draft, with drafts made on the 7th of each month.
- We now accept debit cards.
- A 5% discount is offered for paying the full year in advance.
- A 10% discount is offered for families with more than one child enrolled.
Withdrawals
- Parents must give a two-week written notice prior to withdrawing a student from class in order to receive a refund for their last month's tuition (paid at the time of registration). If notice is not received, the last month's tuition will be forfeited.
Make-Up Sessions
- If a student misses a class, every attempt will be made to make-up the missed class. Please call (803) 419-8990 to arrange for a make-up class.
- Saturday make-ups will be available; dates will be announced in the Flip City Newsletter.
